Analyze alternatives and access ideas. Evaluate options using criteria that make sense to you, your team and clients (both internal and external).
Taking the Initiative to Change
Participants will make a plan to use their new creative ideas. Work smarter, enhance career development plans and learn to make new initiatives stick. Add some communication tools to make sure your new ideas are discussed with the correct people.
