Developing Strategic Agility
Developing an understanding of the bigger picture, participants connect to forward-thinking strategies in order to increase their team’s impact and drive greater value. A strategic view illustrates the potential a thought, idea or process can impact. This assists participants as they make intentional strategic plans. This session is built to allow team members to take time, and an introspective look at their strategic plans. Participants will have take-away tools/exercises to continue the learning.
